Our core market advantage: as a direct manufacturer of both prefabricated steel buildings and overhead travelling cranes, we engineer the building frame and crane runway together, eliminating interface risks between civil contractors and crane vendors.
Steel structural members are precision-fabricated in our shop on CNC lines and bolted on-site. A 1,000 m² building frame and envelope can be erected in 3–6 weeks.
We install certified sandwich panels with superior thermal efficiency (U-values down to below 0.18 W/m²K), significantly lowering heating and cooling expenses year-round.
We handle the full lifecycle: geotechnical coordination, structural analysis to Eurocodes, civil foundation works, steel framing, wall/roof cladding, industrial doors and statutory certification.

We deliver full turnkey solutions: structural analysis, civil foundations and floor slabs, EXC-3 certified steel framing, PUR/PIR sandwich panel envelope, windows and industrial doors, crane runways, overhead cranes and commissioning.
Ordering both together prevents structural discrepancies between building columns and crane wheel loads, ensuring 100% harmonized tolerances and single-source warranty.
PIR and PUR panels (80–160 mm) offer the best thermal performance per thickness. Mineral wool core is selected for strict fire barrier requirements (EI 60 to EI 120).
Engineering preparation takes 2–4 weeks, steel fabrication takes 4–8 weeks and on-site erection takes 2–5 weeks depending on project scale.
