Privacy policy
Information on the processing of personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Z. z. on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. Scope of processed data
We process the personal data you provide via the contact form: full name, e-mail address, phone number, the text of your message and any attachments (drawings, specifications).
3. Purpose of processing
We process your personal data solely to handle your request — preparing a quotation, consulting on a technical solution or answering your inquiry concerning crane technology and steel structures.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — handling the inquiry and establishing a business relationship.
5. Retention period
We retain personal data for the period necessary to handle your request, at most 24 months from the last contact, unless a business relationship is established (in that case the standard retention periods for accounting documents apply).
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- request access to your personal data
- request rectification or erasure of your data
- withdraw your consent to processing (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal)
- request restriction of processing or object to processing
- request data portability
- contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic
7. Data recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties. The only exception are our contractual processors (e.g. the e-mail service provider), who process data exclusively on our behalf and in compliance with the GDPR.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website uses no marketing cookies or tracking tools. For analytics we only use the GDPR-friendly tool Umami, which does not track individual users and uses no cookies.
9. Security
We transmit your data encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) and store it in a secured environment. Access to the data is limited to authorized persons on a need-to-know basis.
