From design to long-term service
Design, manufacturing, installation, service, modernizations and spare parts — all from a single source, under one roof.

Design and engineering
We design cranes and steel structures to match the layout of your hall and your process flow. The output is a structural calculation to EN 13001, complete engineering documentation and inputs for your structural engineer. We walk the design through with your operations team — the crane must fit the process, not the other way round.

Manufacturing
We manufacture overhead, gantry and jib cranes, crane runways and steel structures in our own workshop in Michalovce. Welding to EN 1090-2 in class EXC-3, surface treatment and complete electrical installation. No subcontractors — quality stays in our own hands.

Installation and commissioning
Our own fitters — the same people who built the crane — handle the installation. After assembly we perform load testing, issue the inspection report and arrange the official examination. We hand over equipment ready for operation, not for follow-up adjustments.

Service and inspections
We carry out professional inspections and professional examinations of lifting equipment under Regulation 508/2009 Z. z. — including inspection reports. Warranty and post-warranty service is handled by our own technicians dispatched from Michalovce; with a service contract you get priority in case of a breakdown.

Crane modernization
We give an older crane a second life: hoist replacement with SWF, frequency inverters for smooth travel, radio remote control, anti-collision devices. Spare parts and components

Questions about inspections and service
Inspections under 508/2009 Z. z. are a legal obligation — here are the answers to what you ask most often.
How often does a crane need an inspection and an examination?
A professional inspection is typically carried out once a year; a professional examination (revision) at intervals set by the equipment type and Regulation 508/2009 Z. z. We determine the exact deadlines for your equipment and set them in the service contract — we then remind you of the dates ourselves.
What is an official examination and when is it performed?
An official examination is performed by an authorized person when the equipment is put into service and then periodically, typically every 10 years. Equipment without a valid official examination must not be operated. We arrange the examination for you — including preparation of the documentation.
Can you be fined for operating a crane without an examination?
Yes. Operating lifting equipment without a valid professional examination is a violation of the law — you risk a fine from the labour inspectorate, and in case of an accident the operator bears full responsibility. An examination costs a fraction of a single shutdown or fine.
Do you inspect and service cranes from other manufacturers?
Yes. We perform inspections and service on all types of overhead, gantry and jib cranes regardless of manufacturer — including older Vihorlat cranes, for which we keep spare parts in stock.
How fast can you respond to a breakdown?
Our service team dispatches from Michalovce. Clients with a service contract get priority and we always resolve the fault in the shortest possible time. Most spare parts for common crane types travel with us or are in stock.
